I don't know where we got this, but it's the best!
6oz jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup jack cheese
A French or sourdough baguette
Chop artichoke hearts. Keep the juice they were marinating in. Set both aside.
Cut up a French or sourdough baguette into small squares for dipping. Set aside.
Combine mayonnaise and cheeses in a small sauce pan. Heat on low until fully melted. Add artichoke hearts. In small amounts at a time, add some of the marinade to thin the fondue. Add as much or as little as desired. It also adds flavor.
Pour mixture in a fondue pot. Use a low heat and stir regularly, mixture burns easily. Enjoy!
